Role: Sr Data Stewardship (Life science Domain) Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Experience 9+ years of experience in working in large scale data management and data governance programs and projects. Strong articulation and communication skills team to clean clinical MDM data. Someone with prior experience handling such data or the likes i.e HCP data in commercial etc. Understanding of health care domain is good to have. Should have strong understanding of end-to-end data landscape - data store, entity definitions, data classification, data documentation and data policies. Should have an Engineering or statistics/Mathematics degree. Roles and Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement efforts, monitor ongoing results, define process areas for review, and conduct benchmarking activities to ensure best in class results for data management best practices. Drive data classification, data quality and data management for the organization. Define, implement, and manage data governance metrices and KPIs. Consults with project oversight committee LOB and assigned strategic projects to effectively navigate data governance - providing education, support, and escalation management. Organizes data management process and functions within the organization. Responsible for adherence to standards and controls, data quality, problem management, and change management requests. Work with Data Governance council and stewards to establish synergies, standardization & best practices. Regularly review, measure and report on manufacturing master data quality Ensure that customer and user date is accurate and up to date. Ensure that user requests are triaged appropriately. Ensure changes are documented and processed in a timely fashion. Assists the Leadership Data Management in the development of business-oriented training for data owners and key constituents.
