| Job Title: Cloud PM Role for EPM Implementation Location: Remote Duration: 10+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Project Manager with expertise in end-to-end implementation in Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). As a Cloud PM, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of global rollouts, upgrades, and implementations related to Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems. Lead and oversee the entire lifecycle of EPM implementation projects, from planning and scoping to execution, monitoring, and closure. Work closely with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations. Manage and coordinate activities across offshore and onshore teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Utilize your expertise in Cloud technologies and Oracle EBS to provide hands-on guidance and support to project teams. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, IT professionals, and business users, providing regular updates, reports, and presentations. Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery. Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, methodologies, and tools for project management. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager with a strong focus on Cloud and Oracle EBS implementations. Proven track record of successfully managing global rollouts, upgrades, and implementation projects. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies effectively. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including offshore and onshore resources, IT professionals, and business stakeholders. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems is highly desirable.
