Job Description: In this role, you will analyze the Benefits and Payroll data SAP SuccessFactors system and guide the extraction team to generate reports for archival. Key Responsibilities: Lead functional consultant responsible for supporting other HR consultants and developers. Conduct working sessions with HR to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements. Work with different HR stakeholders and prepare requirements documents for the build team. Provide subject matter expertise on the HR data to the technical team, explain requirements, and facilitate the archival process. Support SIT and UAT testing of the archival solution. Advise the HR team on industry standards for HCM process areas to provide suggestions to achieve clean configuration and streamlined processes. Required Technical and Professional Expertise: At least 5 years of implementation experience in HCM modules of benefits and payroll. At least 8 years of IT experience and 5 years in a lead role.
