You will work with various CISCO technologies and products to ensure the optimal performance, security, and scalability of our network. You will also collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to provide network solutions that meet the business needs and requirements. You will troubleshoot and resolve network issues and provide technical guidance and documentation. Key Job Elements: Minimum duties and responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain the network infrastructure using CISCO technologies and products, such as ISE, spine, and leaf topology, VxLAN, SD-WAN, FTD, ASA, etc. Monitor and optimize the network performance, availability, and capacity using tools such as Sumo Logic and ThousandEyes . Implement and enforce network security policies and best practices. Support the network operations for 6000 users across multiple locations, regions, and time zones. Advanced duties and responsibilities Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and expansions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using various diagnostic tools and methods. Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and products to improve network efficiency and functionality. Document and communicate the network architecture, design, and procedures. Qualifications, Experience, Education: 2- or 4-year degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in network engineering or administration roles CISCO certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE Preferred Skills: Proficient in CISCO technologies and products such as ISE and ThousandEyes Understanding of spine-and-leaf topology, VxLAN, SD-WAN, FTD, ASA, etc. Experience with routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, ISIS Experience with log monitoring and analytics tools. Experience with network security principles and practices. Experience with network design and troubleshooting methodologies.
