[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Position: Lead Field Engineer Location: Texas (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months Note: **#1 Dealbreaker - must be able to travel 75% of the time, all domestic locations: fly out Monday usually fly back Thursday or Friday. Will shadow for two weeks to determine if they are a true fit. Job Description: Lead Engineer Field Implementation experience overseeing deployments of commercial LAN and/or Wi-Fi networks. Good communication skills because they are usually the lead resource on site. Ekahau design certification ECSE nice to have, not required. CCNA preferrable Biggest factor is practice field experience, organization, communication. The most ideal candidate is someone who worked in the field as a tech and then became a supervisor as they will have a handle on both the tech and the management skills. All of the sites are basically all deployed, they are filling in the boxes and fixing issues that may come up for the existing sites.
