From: Prashant Yadav, Itecs [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Sr. SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) with OpenText VIM SME Location: Onsite in Omaha, NE (Someone who can relocate) Background/Drug screen: Yes The Sr. SAP Procure to Pay Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex data sets related to the SAP PTP module and OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) in order to ensure the SAP S/4HANA application is configured correctly. The candidate must have extensive functional experience with the SAP PTP and VIM processes. The ideal applicant must have a strong financial and accounting background and the ability to validate data based on standard finance and accounting practices. The candidate must be highly analytical, detail-oriented with excellent task ownership and ability to follow through. The candidate must be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. This role is an integral part of a large SAP S/4HANA implementation for a global Fintech company. Responsibilities Teams go-to person for complex data analysis requests around SAP PTP and VIM processes Triage and complete ad hoc data requests as part of the ongoing SAP S/4HANA implementation (table extractions, table analysis, supplier analysis, etc.) as it relates to the PTP process Facilitate discovery sessions to identify and document PTP and VIM related requirements Assist with documenting and understanding PTP and VIM data requirements Analyze PTP data to ensure the new environment is configured appropriately, and all data in the new environment is complete and correct Perform light Project Management efforts such as coordinating working sessions, documenting meeting minutes and decisions, providing status updates progress and issues, and tracking and managing any identified risks and/or issues Assist with delivering successful change management Leverage advanced Excel functionality (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.) to perform the data analysis Ensure PTP processes are being designed and configured based on Finance industry best practices Support Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Education and Work Experience: 5+ years as a Functional SAP PTP Application Business Analyst 5+ years of strong data analytics experience 5+ years of SAP PTP experience 3+ years of OpenText VIM experience desired 2+ years of Agile Methodologies desired Ariba experience desired Experience with SAP S/4HANA projects desired Project Management experience desired Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
