Deep understanding of New Asset Accounting in S/4HANA, Parallel Currencies, Parallel Ledgers Help translate the FERC requirement from JDE to S/4Hana Experience implementing FI/CO business processes in S/4 HANA Experience with standard Fiori Apps for SAP R2R Experience managing relationships with the Business ================================= Role: GCP Solution Architect Job Location: Raritan, NJ - Onsite 10+ years of experience in technical solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation in a cloud computing environment preferably Google Experienced in private and public cloud architectures, pros and cons, migration strategies, organizations data strategies. Experienced in integrating and migrating on-premises systems to Google cloud. Experienced in designing and managing databases with a strong understanding of database concepts, troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis. Experienced in RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL and PostgreSQL Experienced in predicting and overseeing infrastructure/software upgrades. Experienced in Infrastructure (Server, Storage, and Database) discovery, design, build, and migration. Experienced in predicting and overseeing infrastructure/software upgrades. Deliver Core Customer Support Proactive Support and Innovation Activities Embrace Continuous Learning Culture CORE CUSTOMER SUPPORT Resolve known errors by means of SAP Notes, Knowledge Base Articles, info docs derived from solved customer incidents, documentation, WIKI or verifying customized entries or hardware parameters Reproduce customer issues identifying the root cause and interacting with the development team to provide a final solution when required. Demonstrate capability of processing P1 (Priority 1) incidents, requesting assistance as required. PROACTIVE SUPPORT AND INNOVATION Create and maintain knowledge documents to support our customers and help colleagues to prevent similar issues or requests.
