| We are looking for Lead Java Developer at Las Vegas, NV H4 EAD/ L2 EAD/USC Only Onsite role from day 1 What will you do Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, fostering collaboration and innovation. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members. Drive the professional development of team members through training and skill-building initiatives. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications meeting business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software solutions. Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Java development projects. Work closely with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Java development. Provide technical leadership and expertise in architecting and implementing Java solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, QA engineers, and system architects, to ensure successful project outcomes. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. What are we looking for Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. Proven experience leading and managing development teams. Strong knowledge of Java, Spring framework, and related technologies. Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database design and SQL. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership skills.
