Manage Proposition/Offer matrix. Review the implementation and follow standards. Design and manage ADM and predictive models. Develop Next Best Action Strategies. Responsible for the development of agile stories as indicated by the lead. Responsible for making sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments. Should be working closely with the QA team to ensure the changes are tested properly. Act as a mentor to junior resources. Experience with Pega PRPC technologies. Experience working on Pega DSM (Decision Management). Experience in the ADM and predictive models Nice to have an understanding of Inbound marketing. Good understanding of the Strategies and the proposition management Job Duties: Candidate will be responsible for reviewing requirements, design, and implementation of applications using Pega CDH to the client's internal organization. Candidates are required to understand the role of different systems in the organization and guide the team to fetch and post data from and to the right source. Candidates are responsible for considering application scaling, performance, and other operational aspects during design and ensuring they are met. In this role, candidates will be interacting with Business, Marketing, IT, PMO, and various other stakeholders offshore and onshore. As most of the meetings happen in the US time, candidates will be responsible for planning the work, so it is done seamlessly by teams across geography. This role requires regular status updates from the management. Ensure the status of the ongoing Initiatives, post-production monitoring, end-end utilization, system-specific metrics, and management deck updates are accurate. Participate in team calls, schedule calls with stakeholders, development, testing, and other teams. Must-Have Skills (Most Important): PEGA PRPC 8+, CDH, Java Script, HTML 5.0. Desired Skills: NBA Designer, ADM, PEGA 8.8.3, 1:1 customer engagement optimization, 1:1 customer engagement Implementation. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent with 7 plus years of IT systems experience.
