| From: sai, o2f [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Need a skilled and experienced SAP Canada Payroll Consultant to work on multiple projects The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll modules in SAP ECC 6.0, strong configuration skills, experience with Canada payroll tax rules and regulations, ability to work with the business and IT and have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. SAP Payroll Implementation Experience: Strong configuration experience, and optimization of SAP Payroll modules to meet organizational requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements, working closely with IT and HR teams to implement changes. 2. Compliance and Regulations: Current knowledge of Canada payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour laws to ensure compliance in all payroll activities. Experience with audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. 3. Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, including data collection, validation, and disbursement of salaries, benefits, and taxes. Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries related to payroll matters. 4. Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze payroll reports to provide insights into payroll trends, costs, and discrepancies. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and accuracy of payroll processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Extensive experience in SAP ECC 6.0 Payroll implementation and management. In-depth knowledge of US payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications: SAP Payroll certification. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 on premise payroll configuration. Experience working with a large global organization.
