Candidates (Candidate must be near Wayne PA or be onsite within 24-48 hours of first interview 2nd interviews are being held OnSight!!!) In terms of the candidates being disqualified, there are 2 main reasons weve seen: Experience has been mostly administrative, not development. A majority of these candidates have received numerous SFDC certifications in a very short period of time (4-6 weeks) or Developer Certification before 2020(2018 or earlier). Real developers, who legitimately earned the certification, take months to get even 1, along with thousands of training hours/points in Trailhead. We are looking for Development Certifications, badges, trails, and at least 50,000 points on Trailhead. Job Description - As an experienced SalesForce developer, you will be assigned projects that will leverage your Apex and other relevant skills, to deliver enhancements and new capabilities to our sales team. You will work closely with a technical lead but will also be able to take requirements and work independently with minimal oversight. Aura Framework experience required. Active Salesforce Development Certifications/Recertifications required, Trailhead Certification with Transcript Link preferred.
