Title: Lead SuccessFactors Talent & Performance Management / Compensation Functional Consultant Location: Basking Ridge, NJ, USA (Remote role) Duration: 12 Months Contract Hourly billing rate: C2C Number of Position: 1 Its for Implementation partner Note:- No "Initial OPT" , Stem OPT, CPT and "H1B Transfer cases" consultants are not workable for this role. Hiring Manager Notes: This project involves the global implementation of HR SuccessFactors, necessitating a resource capable of participating in meetings scheduled for Japan and Europe local time zones. This means occasional meetings at either 7 AM EST or 7 PM EST, especially during the project kickoff and implementation phases. We are seeking a candidate who is adaptable and can support the project with flexibility in work hours. The expected commitment is a 40-hour workweek. Primary Responsibilities: Important : this is functional role and need SuccessFactors Talent and Performance management modules experience. 1.Will meet with business stakeholders to gather system requirements. Will document the functional specifications, configure in SuccessFactors, perform full end to end testing and deliver a completed product to the stakeholder for UAT. 2.Support team as well as provide analysis and recommendations regarding future uses and solutions to support the business 3.Research new features and functions in SuccessFactors and other technology, and support documentation of requirements, configuration, test plans and user acceptance criteria for feature, user story and functional delivery 4.Partner with assigned business areas to gain a deep understanding of their processes, plans, and how technology solutions are utilized by them. 5.Apply business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and guiding customers from idea to delivery 6.Not a developer role but a functional HR lead responsible for the execution of year end processes, day-to-day tasks, and provide thought leadership to stakeholders. Will be actively involved with stakeholders. 7.Will provide support to the HRIS team on other non-related SuccessFactors projects and processes and other HR Technologies Knowledge & Skills: Proven success with service delivery, evolving the customer experience, process optimization and leveraging new technology solutions to meet business needs 1.Must have at least 5+ years of SuccessFactors experience in Talent & Performance Management and Compensation. Wokday knowledge in this modules preferred. 2.Experience in global implementations, with a preference for those who have worked across different time zones, is desired. 3.Participation in occasional meetings is required, scheduled either at 7 AM EST or 7 PM EST, particularly during the project kickoff and implementation stages. We are seeking an individual who is adaptable and can provide support to the project with flexibility in working hours. The anticipated commitment is a standard 40-hour workweek. 4.Must have excellent presentation skills as many presentations 5.Must have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. We perform multiple audits & calculations in excel 6.Must be well versed in documenting requirements, developing training materials and testing 7.Knowledge of HR workflows and other HCM processes preferred 8.Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audience 9.Must be a self-motivated and energetic individual with solid business analysis capability who can meet the challenges of a fast-paced, agile environment and be comfortable with change. 10.Must have exceptional analytical skills and capabilities 11.Must have good problem-solving skills.
