Job title : Senior SAP S4 QM Consultant Location : Raritan, NJ (Onsite) Duration : 12+ Months Contract SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management - Quality management Role Description: Minimum 12+ years working experience in SAP QM modules. MedTech domain experience is a must. Experience in SAP PP/ PPPI / QM in S / 4 HANA end to end implementation and support experience. Minimum 3 to 4 End to End implementation project experience in customer facing role. Minimum 2 End to End S4 HANA Manufacturing implementation experience in customer facing role. Should have knowledge on business processes in MedTech manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP. Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes. Essential Skills: Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP QM/eWM/PP. Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements. Participate workshops to collect business requirements- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs. Design, customize, configure and testing of PP / QM.- Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Experience with eLims interface will be advantage. Familiar with Nonconformity and defect management process - Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyses, and solve PP / QM related problems. Document to be prepared Business Requirement Document / UAT document / SIT document / End User Manuals / Functional Specification Documents / Configuration Document etc. Desirable Skills: Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements. Excellent communication and relational skills required. Must have a focus on customer satisfaction. Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision. Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly. Must be a strong team player.
