Position: PlainID Business Analyst Location: Texas, USA (Preferred) Duration: 6 months Visa: No H1b/CPT Interview: Video Job Description: 10+ years of overall IT experience and in those 2 years of experience working as a BA in an implementation of fine-grained policy-based access control solution such as PlainID. BA experience in PlainID is preferred, however, BA experience in implementing access management solutions such as Azure AD, Okta, ForgeRock is also considered. Must be familiar access management concepts such as RBAC/ABAC/PBAC, and modern protocols such as OAuth, OIDC Experienced in Business Analysis domain area including the below listed ones. o Gathering requirements for the fine-grained access control from the business applications team using established intake / onboarding processes. o Documenting the gathered requirements as user stories in Jira software in clear format including the acceptance criteria / getting business sign-off. o Working with PlainID technical architects and SMEs in converting the requirements into integration design and policy mapping. o Working with application teams BAs / PMs, in successfully conducting Unit Testing, SIT, UAT and rolling out to production rollout. o Agile development methodology and associated processes and tools such as Jira and ServiceNow. Must have excellent written, oral communication skills to be able to effectively communicate with both the management and technical stakeholders.
