Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Role:- AWS Architect Remote Life sciences will be mandatory This is at architect level so above 10 yrs experience would be needed. For snowflake- as long as able to speak on data mesh, modeling, handling life sciences data would help. Life sciences will be mandatory, not fully. At least 3- 4 years for both positions Design and build scalable, reliable, and secure AWS solutions for genomics pipelines, digital pathology processing, flow cytometry, and proteomics data analysis. Evaluate the current infrastructure and recommend improvements to optimize performance and cost efficiency. Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline data processing workflows and ensure consistent results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Configure and manage AWS services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, and Athena to support data processing and analysis tasks. Implement security best practices to protect sensitive genomics and proteomics data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve the overall efficiency of the data analysis pipelines. Providing directions on best practices in genomics, digital pathology, flow cytometry, and proteomics to continuously improve the architecture and processes. Provide training and guidance to team members on AWS architecture principles, best practices, and tools for data analysis in genomics and proteomics domains. Participate in the planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure data integrity and system availability in case of unexpected events. Thanks & Regards ..
