Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Location: Denver CO Independent candidates Need Local to CO candidates AND No H1s The SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet the business needs of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR processes, talent management, and experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management. Configure and customize SuccessFactors to align with the organization's HR processes and business requirements. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors modules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and performance. Collaborate with other SAP modules and external systems for seamless data integration. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across integrated systems. Conduct training sessions for end-users and HR staff on the use of SAP SuccessFactors. Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes. Stay current with industry trends, SAP updates, and new features in SuccessFactors. Recommend and implement best practices to optimize system performance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support. Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management. Knowledge of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) is a plus. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable. Key Skills: Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
