Job Description:- Job Role:- NetSuite Analyst Location:- : Louisville, CO Or Denver, CO (Hybrid) Contract The NetSuite Analyst will be responsible for the NetSuite ERP and associated 3rd party application integrations. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring all platforms are operating effectively. To be successful, this person will need in-depth knowledge of the NetSuite platform, ideally in a CPG, B2C/B2B environment. The ideal candidate will be positive, uplifting, with the ability to meet challenges with enthusiasm and work collaboratively across the organization. Core Responsibilities Include: Maintain, and support NetSuite ERP Platform and associated integrations. Work with business to define requirements and business objectives. Work with internal staff and suppliers to configure and support the NetSuite environment. Coordinate testing and user acceptance of system changes & enhancements. Develop training plans for users regarding system usage, changes, and enhancements. Monitor application systems performance and capacity utilization. Stay up to date on related industry trends and best practices. Work with functional business management to maintain business processes, data management/analytics, and related documentation & training materials. Ability to manage and maintain all resources NetSuite, business processes, saved searches, reporting, dashboards, workflows, and roles. Support NetSuite business users and stakeholders. Anticipate future ERP needs. Communicate effectively with Executives and the organization to identify needs and propose solutions and strategies. Ability to create NetSuite reports and searches to support other departments within the organization to meet their objectives. Ability to configure financial planning and budgeting using NetSuite Planning and Budgeting module. Ideal Candidates have the following traits: Bachelor's Degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules. Familiarity with system integration tools, and experience managing integrations with third-party applications. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to work independently with a strong bias for customer service and follow-through.
