Role: Full-Stack Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: Long-term Contract Job Summary: Our client, a large financial regulator, is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to develop internal tools that assist with ensuring fair play on the stock market. The Developer will work collaboratively with stakeholders following an agile process to produce working software that makes customers happy and productive in their jobs. Responsibilities: Produce software/products in agile software development environment. Collaboratively work with stake holders, developers, testers. Wear a designer's hat to produce mock UIs to help ensure that everyone is on the same page as to what's to be built. Though your focus is on front-end development, you'll contribute to developing backend services in Java. Help users/customers get the most out of the software delivered. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably within computer science 7+ years of building webapps Significant experience with web technologies such HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Significant experience developing SPAs (Single page applications) in frameworks such as ReactJS. Demonstrable expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript. Experience leveraging functional programming.
