Location  

Washington, DC -Onsite from day one -Need to be local -

Travel to Washington, DC required hybrid schedule onsite every other week for three days

Job Description

As an Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the Oracle Cloud Financials suite, including modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Expense Management (EXP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials implementation, a deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and map them to Oracle ERP Cloud Financials functionalities.

Configure Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules, including GL, AR, AP, CM, and EXP, based on client specifications and best practices.

Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions using Oracle ERP Cloud Financials capabilities.

Design and develop customizations, reports, and integrations as required to meet client needs.

Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy and adherence to business requirements.

Provide end-user training on Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules to enhance user adoption and proficiency.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ERP Cloud Financials modules, working closely with clients and Oracle support as necessary.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Maintain and pursue continuing education opportunities, such as training and certification exams.

Participate on internal projects.

Provide expertise and help to others, as needed, on projects.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

May assist with training members of the technical staff.

May conduct interviews.

Assigns duties and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.

May conduct project performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Work Environment:

The work environment is remote or on-site at a client location. While remote, employees are expected to provide office space for themselves with a professional background (including virtual backgrounds) and noise level. A reliable and consistent internet connection is required.

Travel Requirement:

It is a requirement of this position that the person hired will travel to the client location during Milestones (requirements gathering, CRPs, UAT, etc).

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

Bending, sitting lifting, driving.

Position Type and expected hours of work:

Full-time work during business hours and, at times, outside of business hours, if required.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.

Hands-on experience as an Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant, with expertise in GL, AR, AP, CM, and EXP modules.

In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials functionalities, configuration, and best practices.

Experience with full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Proficiency in customizations, integrations, and reporting using Oracle ERP Cloud Financials tools.
