Monitors enterprise-wide application performance and create reports based on data analysis gathered from application behavior Participates in all Major Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis calls and provides expert troubleshooting support as needed Willingness to learn new tools and self-starter on new projects by collaborating with users and stakeholders on any additional needs Ability to prepare reports and documentation for teams SharePoint Qualifications: Extensive hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues with a distributed system environment using APM tools. Proficiency in system architecture and cloud services Demonstrate the ability to dissect intricate problems, employ critical thinking, and apply systematic approaches to isolate and resolve issues efficiently Experience creating custom dashboards in Dynatrace for Application overview, Infrastructure overview, Network overview, Synthetic monitoring overview Analyze the root cause of issues, identify bottlenecks and work with development and operations teams in resolving them. Experience in using Dynatrace to monitor Java/Web based applications infrastructure and Processes. Problem triage call as needed and help to find out the root cause of the issue. Work with Dynatrace support, client business partners, application development teams in configuring applications in Dynatrace, building various custom dashboards, provide continuous support via monitoring, address all alerts, issues and track them to closure. Enthusiasm for staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to troubleshooting and event management Education: Masters degree (computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline) and 10 years of prior relevant experience Keywords: Texas |
