TM isn't a MUST, someone strong in OTC can likely work here as well. **MUST have strong agile and user stories experience Transportation Product Analyst - Pharma TranSCend Client is embarking on an ERP Transformation (TranSCend) an S4 Migration. They are seeking a PA to help support their Pharma TranSCend program in Supply Chain. Pharma is in the initial phases of this transformation. This role with sit in Enterprise Operations & Risk (Formerly Supply Chain Technology (SCT)), in their Deliver pillar. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Through workshop facilitation, understand user needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the squad. Build use cases, writes, manage, and clarify user stories, visualization, and process flows. Track metrics and build reports to measure progress Help manage dependencies with other squads working closely with squad PO, peer POs and the Product Manager. Stay 2-3 sprints ahead of the squad and ensures each feature has a clear definition of done; ensure each feature level deliverable is aligned to a definition of readiness to enter a sprint User Stories meet the Definition of Ready (DOR) by the required deadlines All necessary work drivers are accounted for during the User Story estimation All Acceptance Criteria are testable and comprehensive to ensure that business needs are met. Explain how requirements may be implemented and drive/improve user experience Job Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience with SAP ERP system implementations, ideally with Transportation Management (TM) module A minimum of a bachelors Degree is required 3+ years of agile BA experience Most eastern time zone working hours, however do require flexibility to accommodate teammates in Europe and West coast can be remote with ad-hoc travels Skills & Capabilities: Self-driver and proactive Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and lead several priorities, working to tight project milestones Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, cross functional environment Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior in all areas of responsibility Critical thinking, and ability to ask "the hard questions" to stakeholders Experience working with multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities Additional Details: Kanthi (Hiring Manager) will be TPM for all things transportation on Pharma Need a Product Analyst at a minimum SAP has a module called TM Niche skillset If you are a seasoned functional consultant (i.e. OTC) - you should be able to do it Just needs some transportation - functional consultant, understand configuration, understand elements of SAP - doesn't need to be super user.
