Note: A&D does not equal Public Sector - so we do not care about candidates that have only PS experience. experience as a Value Stream Lead involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography. specific SAP module configuration and deployment experience : Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), PMMO (GPD replacement)... o Must be experienced with these modules in a complex OEM Aviation, Aerospace & Defense manufacturer (preferred), although experience in Automotive or Industrial Products (e.g., Caterpillar, John Deere, etc.) is also applicable. o understand project based manufacturing in a Project Systems (PS) related Sales Order entry process. o understanding of Work Centers and BOMs working with Pl2Pr team. o experience with the aspects of PP and PEO integration to legacy MES or Dassault Apriso systems. o experience and or knowledge of Dassian or Cognitus solutions. o Understanding of aatp and integration through to O2C processes. o Understanding of government contracting and billing. o knowledge of QM in manufacturing and production work in-process (Quality witness and electronic stamping). Familiarity with SAP Roadmap for respective Value Stream and ability to define a target end-state and transitional plan within context of customer project portfolio o Maintain a forward looking vision for how customer drives the most value from their existing investment in SAP software o Identify relevant blind spots and provide targeted PoV/recommendations to mitigate this includes addressing impact of items on SAPs simplification list Responsibilities of Role: Collaborate in the development and articulation of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives from process SME and S/4HANA perspectives Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing ERP functions associated with business operations.
