Please find the requirement below , If you find yourself comfortable with the requirement please reply back with your updated resume and I will get back to you or I would really appreciate if you can give me a call back at my contact number 302-485-1712 Position: Peoplesoft Developer Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid) Duration: 6 months- CTH Experience: 10 Years Visa: USC/GC/H4/GC-EAD SUMMARY: The PeopleSoft Functional Analyst will act as a liaison between IS and the various functional areas that utilize the PeopleSoft Financials systems. The resource will ideally have cross functional skills across multiple PeopleSoft Financials modules but with a focus primarily on supporting the General Ledger function within PeopleSoft and as such will need to have a very strong accounting background and experience in nVision reporting. DUTIES: Maintain configurations and perform monthly processing of Equitization, Consolidation, Revaluation, and Translation (multi-book TWL) Provide user support for General Ledger business processes (journal entry, journal upload, allocations, Standard JE's, etc.) Develop and Maintain nVision reports and PS Queries. Process and Maintain Report Books. Troubleshoot GL processes and reports. Chartfield maintenance. Assist in supporting day to day activities of PeopleSoft Financials user base. Design and implement major/minor system enhancements in support of business functions. Elicit end user business requirements and accurately translate/ incorporate into base system design documentation. Assists in communicating major/minor enhancements, bug-fixes and coordinating with other support personnel to ensure seamless rollout of new functionality to internal customers. Provide first and second level functional support for internal customers to meet pre-defined application SLAs. Collaborate with and apprise relevant IS peers of critical project and end-user issues, and status of ongoing projects, and work effectively towards department and corporate goals. Perform other related duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: Very strong accounting back ground with at least 5+ years of GL functional support experience. Strong nVision skills. PeopleSoft 9.2 experience. Good SQL knowledge. Strong communication skills. The ability to support multiple modules in the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply chain space.
