Must have S/4 2022 Warranty Claim Management experience on S/4 HANA 1. SAP CS (Customer Service) / SM 2. Warranty Claims -SAP S/4 3. SAP CS/SM S/4 (Customer Service CS) 4. SAP SD S/4 experience 5. Claims Processing 6. Customer Warranty Vendor Warranty - must Responsibilities: SAP Lead - SAP Service / Warranty Management Functional. Responsible for Analysis, design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP S/4HANA and enhancements. Help bridging technical & and business functions, configuring SAP functional areas, overall planning, and execution. Identify & and document business requirements, and map them to SAP to design the future state solution. Configure & and prototype business solutions based on blueprint/business process definitions. SAP Warranty Claim Processing Process (hands-on) 1. Testing: Creating test scenarios, cases, and scripts, and executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. 2. Functional Support SAP/S4HANA - Service/Warranty Management 3. Plan, organize, document, coordinate, and schedule work in the development of assigned tasks. 4. Supervise the assignments of other team members. Requirements: 1. 15+ years ERP implementation experience - SAP Service/Warranty Functional lead / cross-functional MM, SD, PS, FICO exp. 2. 7+ years of SAP end-to-end implementation experience in SD or MM modules as a functional lead analyst. 3. Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of SAP Warranty Claim Processing Process. 4. Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA. 5. Experience leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects. 6. Experienced working with Quality Teams, Sales Teams, Warehouse Teams, Logistics Teams, Supply Chain teams 7.
