Responsibilities: Extract and analyze transactional data and bug reports from JIRA, utilizing SQL, Python, R, or similar data extraction and analysis tools. Develop, test, and refine hypotheses based on extracted data, aimed at driving efficiency gains and quality improvements within the organization. Perform comprehensive reviews of current data states to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancing data collection, storage, and analysis processes. Design and implement additional data elements and structures to support advanced data collection and analytical methodologies, ensuring data integrity and availability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Knowledge & Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar, to create impactful reports and dashboards.
