Develop ServiceNow ITBM configuration, including Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services Deep technical understanding of various application phases and business or application functions. Expertise in ServiceNow Reporting, including building custom Reports and Dashboards for various modules. Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, APM implementations in ServiceNow. Certifications: ServiceNow Administration certification ServiceNow APM Implementation Specialist Certification(+various tracks) -- Keywords: information technology
