| Position Details: Title: Business Analyst No H1B,CPT,OPT Duration: 5+ Months Client- BCBS LinkedIn- Yes Rate- $50/hr on C2C Location: Michigan - Remote ( Candidates must be local with DL) Healthcare Exp required Engagement Description: The selected candidate will be an integral part of the Consumer Transparency group, responsible for owning and maintaining the enterprise Provider Directory, as well as providing consultation on "Transparency" related topics within the healthcare industry. The role involves providing analytical support, participating in requirements definition and testing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Basic understanding of the health care industry, preferably with healthcare Transparency and benefits design. Ability to understand data models and perform data analysis. Ability to perform testing to confirm business requirements. Required Skills/Experience: Requirements elaboration and experience. Experience with Iterative, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira, Teams, and Sharepoint Ability to lead, direct, and work with cross-functional teams. Strong skills with Microsoft suite of apps Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access. Preferred Skills/Experience: Self-starter is a must. Basic understanding of the health care industry, preferably with Provider Search, Transparency, and benefits design. In-depth knowledge of business analysis related to developing and maintaining IT solutions. Ability to track multiple projects with varying complexities and timelines.
