Strong proficiency in Kafka, Middleware, Data Migration, Zookeeper, Kafka Confluent Control Center, MRC, JSON, and XML. Experience with designing and implementing Kafka clusters for large-scale, distributed systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Kafka infrastructure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
