Job Title: Genesys Lead/Consultant Location: Wilmington, DE Hire Type: Long-Term Contract Note: Its an onsite role (3 Days/week) Job Description: Hands on experience into Genesys Composer SCXML Work-flow development including ECMA Script, HTTP Rest, SCXML State etc is mandatory Good Hands-on experience with Genesys Config/Management layers, Routing layer, GVP, SIP layer/Media layer. Expertise on Genesys Rules System and Development of Rules using Genesys Rules Developer Tool (GRDT) and provisioning of rules using GRAT (Genesys Rules Authoring Tool) Demonstrated knowledge and ability to troubleshoot any complex issues around Genesys config/management layers, routing layer, Genesys SIP, media server, and ICON/Info Mart.
