Job Title: Senior Enterprise Project Manager - (ONLY USC and GC. No H1's!!!!!!!!) Location: Remote must have: Project Management, IAM Ops preference for sailpoint or forgerock Access Management, Health Insurance Senior Project Manager for the Next Generation Identity Management Portfolio Project Looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience They will be supporting a large complex project that is expected to last at least a year and a half. They will be working with IAM Ops and applications team. The purpose of this project is to remediate an audit finding for IAM Ops team. Applications will be moving to SailPoint and access management system will be ForgeRock. Need a hands on PM who will manage the time and deliverables for the project. There is a chance of extending (could extend on that project if it takes longer, or be reassigned to future projects) The ideal candidate would have IAM ops, security experience and large project experience. The ideal candidate would have previous BCBSMA experience. Otherwise, any previous Blue experience is also a strong plus. Looking for a PM comfortable in a hybrid Waterfall/Agile structure. Agile is a plus, but the project is primarily waterfall (no daily scrums, no boards). Having a BA background/ cross-training is ok, because they will be needing to communicate with different groups and some of those skills will be transferrable, but they should primarily have a PM focus. What we need The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for supporting complex projects/products and programs using pre-existing knowledge, skills, templates, and expertise in various organizational and implementation methodologies. They will support all phases of the project lifecycle using project management practices. Your Day to Day Delivers complex projects (and sometimes programs) that impact multiple business areas. Manages timeline and financials along with risks, issues, decisions, and changes. Manages risk/issue escalations and drives resolution. Manages resources in a cross-functional matrixed environment. Is responsible for executive level reporting and communication. Establishes clear boundaries in which the team can work. Assists with removing roadblocks and manages the process and culture to ensure team progress and continuous improvement. Employees may be required to perform other job-related duties. We're Looking for: The ideal candidate would be: Comfortable with managing strong personalities and external vendor relationships. Experienced with technical projects, with an understanding of infrastructure. Familiar with health insurance industry. Prior Blue experience is a plus, and prior BCBSMA experience is a strong plus. Strong (8+ years) with standard PM functions, such as SOW management, finance tracking, reporting. Experience with technology operations process and terminology for methodologies supporting business and technology collaboration, intake documentation, and/or handoffs; experience with project scoping, requirements, and user stories preferred. Demonstrated experience managing projects/products using both traditional waterfall and agile/sprint methodologies. Demonstrated experience managing multiple time-sensitive, complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders and/or external vendors. What You Bring: 8+ years of demonstrated project management experience, Healthcare industry and technical experience is strongly preferred. BS/BA in Computer Science, IS, Business or equivalent required. Expert skills in development of user stories, Jira, and Confluence management. Proficiency for project management skills, Agile processes (preferred), quick learning capability, self-starter, and good communicator. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, etc. Healthcare experience with strong, collaboration, enablement and listening skills.
