Ability to conduct / lead/plan requirement gathering work shops Ability to provide tool comparison and guide on product Roadmap At least 7 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience as developer / Dev lead Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts, JSON. Excellent / advance understanding and ability to script automated processes. Agile Scrum methodology Experience Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Portal Scripting in Angular JS CSS based UX/UI design & development Understanding of Angular based Client side & Server-side scripts Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e., Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc. Client and Server APIs i.e., GlideDialogWindow, Glide Form, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc. Hands-on experience in ITSM, Service Level Management, Service Catalog, Release Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Event Management, Orchestration, Active Directory integration, B2B Integration and Virtual Agent.
