As an Apigee Developer, you will be joining the API development team in Chicago, who takes on multiple different projects within the company. These projects range from large to small software/platform engineering initiatives to develop and maintain APIs in all programs. There will be a rotation of on-call support (typically for a week, every 2-3 months). Interview process: 30-minute video screen with manager 1-hour IN PERSON technical interview Must haves: 4-8 years overall professional experience 3+ years of experience in designing and developing software applications in Java Proven experience in some of the following: o Designing well-defined Restful APIs o API tools such as Swagger, Postman and Assertible o Writing API proxies on platforms such as Apigee Edge, AWS API Gateway or Azure API Gateway o Monitoring and debugging issues on platforms such as Apigee Edge (preferred), AWS API Gateway or Azure API Gateway L1 and support experience.
