Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Development Analyst Location: Remote with Travel to Albuquerque, NM & Livermore, CA Duration: 12 months Description: Maintain requirements matrix and perform gap analysis Document and configure module Set up test data Test system and resolve differences between expected and actual results Review test packages with test lead Work with business function owners to develop system test condition and scripts and understand the system Analyze and diagnose problems encountered within the module tested and recommend solutions Design modifications/required enhancements and identify their impacts on the rest of the system Provide guidance and review for application developers Requirements: 5+ years experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, with expertise in configuring and customizing various modules. Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
