Coach and mentor Agile teams on Agile principles, practices, and values. Remove impediments and foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize backlog items and refine user stories. Track and report project progress using Agile project management tools. Continuously improve Agile processes and practices to optimize team performance and delivery Java Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Implement best practices and design patterns to ensure code quality, performance, and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
