Title: Technical Program Manager Location: Fremont, CA (ONSITE) Terms: contract Job Details: We are looking for a TPM with strong fundamentals and experience in end to end program management as well as technical understanding of the systems and entirety of the Client landscape. You will be expected to drive technical discussions between different product teams and ensure that all programs are aligned with the technical roadmap. You will also be responsible for conducting business and technical reviews with leadership and executive teams on a regular basis. You will be a positive influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives, and be able to help deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals. You are able to handle business escalations with a data-driven approach to build trust with your stakeholders and Senior Leaders. What Youll Do Own the scope, road map, implementation and tracking of projects from start to finish Set goals, track deliverables, manage expectations, identify risk and drive mitigations across all stages of the project Drive engineering initiatives cross functionally with product, engineers and designers Build partnerships with engineering and other organizations, and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met and security policy requirements are maintained Partnering with the program sponsor, architects, tech leads and engineers, business leads and dependent system stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and project is a success Manage executive expectations and owning escalation, communication, and C-level engagement on critical strategic projects for the company Ensure timely completion of technical and business artifacts Maximize productivity in a constantly changing environment of shifting priorities Influence without reporting structure Operate with autonomy Resolve conflict productively across teams What Youll Bring Minimum 5+ years Technical Program or Technical Product Management experience Experience with large-scale initiatives BS/MS in computer science, software engineering, and/or related technical field Solid foundation in software engineering principles Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Exceptional organizational as well as written and verbal communication skills to drive projects across multiple programs and manage stakeholder expectations Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing requirements quickly Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships with diverse internal and external partners at all levels Proficiency in project management tools MS office suite, Confluence, Jira Thanks & Regards, Ishanka Bisht Website: www.tekaccel.com D: ( 229) 796 4929 Ext: 410 | E: ishanka @ tekaccel.com 2601 Little Elm Pkwy , Suite 201, Little Elm , TX 75068 Mexico Office Av.
