Title : PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst Location : Remote PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst : Resource would be primarily tasked to work on the Benefits and Benefit Administration Fluid enhancement related projects. does in-house Benefits administration and currently utilizes PeopleSoft Classic screens to support the Employee Self-Service functionalities for Benefits Enrollment and Open Enrollment Period. Oracle has discontinued support to Classic ESS screens since 12/31/2022 and this requires us to migrate to the Fluid versions and to adapt to additional capabilities within the Fluid screen that could benefit the employees user experience. Requirements: PeopleSoft functional knowledge of HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration; ability to write functional specifications; ability to communicate effectively with business and development staff. Preferable: Knowledge with implementing Benefits Enrollment using Fluid screens. Experience with reconfiguration of system to a new Benefit vendor and plans Overall knowledge and understanding of EDI 834 file and file format are a great plus.
