Mandatory Skills:   Service Now Developer Certification  Hands-on experience in Service Now development, integration, and implementation in the government sector. At least one (1) project creating a Permit Tracking Application in Service Now. Strong background in Java programming language Expert level experience with JavaScript for Server-side programming.  Experience with HTML, CSS and Jelly. Strong experience creating APIs within Service Now using REST, SOAP, or MID Server. Knowledge and experience with CMDB.  Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor and Orchestration.  Knowledge of Security and Access Control in Service Now.  Experience with Version Control System such as Git. Experience integrating Service Now with other systems (i.e. LDAP/Active Directory) and using data exchange formats (JSON, XML).  Experience with CI/CD.  Desirable Skills:   Prior experience developing Service Now for law enforcement agencies.
