Role: Test Data Management Location: Remote Exp: 10+ Year JD:- Technical Skills:- Test data management Lead - Should Understanding of data testing Estimation methodologies, Test data Plan/ test data Design Creation, Review, test script execution and review, Knowledge of Quality processes. Test data generation, data usage pattern identification, data slicing methodologies and applying various masking algorithm. Must have: 1. - Develop and implement TDM solutions using Delphix OR INFORMATICA TDM 2. - Manage test data for development, testing and production environments. 3. - Provide support for data analysis and database related issues. 4. - Assess, analyze, and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure that data quality standards are met. 5. - Monitor data usage, access, and security to ensure compliance with standards. 6. - Participate in system testing and provide support for User Acceptance Testing. 7. - Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects. The TDM role is the interface between the client / BA/DBA and Testing team, 1. 5+ years of demonstrated ability to manage multiple offerings and environments across a wide variety of customers with differing requirements. 2. 5+ years of experience allocating resources appropriately to meet client/program needs and minimize resource contention. 3. 5+ years of experience coordinating stakeholder meetings. 4. 5+ years of experience creating / Managing an integrated master project plan across multiple offerings. 5. 5+ years of experience utilizing PM professional skills to enhance the level of service and quality of client deliverables. 6. Ability to collect technical inputs and create solutions to meet client requirements. 7. Candidate must have managed an IT team in the past.
