Role Lead FERC consultant to walk the customer through the Explore Phase of S/4 HANA Finance. Strong FERC experience and regulatory reporting is a must. (FERC). Responsible for alignment with other functional/workstreams Lead FERC Fit-to-Standard workshops (Solution Validation and Design) Collect Business Requirements Solution design Perform fit-gap analysis Prototype with business Create Functional specs Complete Project documentation and deliverables Provide ongoing SAP S/4 Knowledge Transfer to customer functional team Must-have: 1. Minimum of 3 SAP Finance implementations 2. Proven track record on complex implementations 3. Experience with FERC. Experience with Tax Reporting. 4. Deep understanding of New Asset Accounting in S/4HANA, Parallel Currencies, Parallel Ledgers 5. Strong troubleshooting skills 6. Excellent documentation skills 7. Help translate the FERC requirement from JDE to S/4Hana 8. Delivers high-level architectural design within the specific domain/projects 9. Works with other members of the Finance-to-Manage team as well as other colleagues. 10. Drive strategic plans toward concrete roadmaps and timely execution 11. Experience implementing FI/CO business processes in S/4 HANA 12. Experience with standard Fiori Apps for SAP R2R 13. Experience managing relationships with the Business 14. Strong written and oral communication skills Nice-to-have: 1. SAP implementation experience in Oil and Gas Industry 2. Understanding of the SAP Activate Methodology 3. Experience using Solution Manager (preferably 7.2) or Cloud ALM 90% Remote, 10% On-Site .
