WE will also evaluate their coding with hands-on technical questions, asking them to write code online and explain the logic. Candidates classified as senior FSEs will need to demonstrate they have this level of technical knowledge of the code itself, not just conceptually. Strong communication skills where responses are clear, concise and direct. Great team mindset and collaborates effectively within a squad. Assessment scores that accurately reflect hands-on experience with coding specifically. This may not align with years of experience. Up to date with best practices in software development.
