Please forward your updated resume to [email protected] JOB DESCRIPTION:- Role: Sr. RPA Developer Location: Nashville, TN Visa: H4EAD, TN, LS2, GC but not USC Required skills:- Development, deployment support/bug fixes for RPA processes configured in Blue Prism. Strong Blue Prism skills, able to work with business team gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using the Blue Prism. Create a reusable, scalable, and efficient solution by adhering the local design standard. Coordinate with offshore on the day-to-day tasks. Blue Prism lead and will be only resource in the pod, will need to guide offshore and drive projects by working closely with client associates. 1. Development, deployment support/bug fixes for RPA processes configured in Blue Prism. (Individual contributor) 2. Work with business team gather requirements, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using the Blue Prism. 3. Collaborate with clients designing processes based on new automation requests from the business 4. Create a reusable, scalable, and efficient solution by adhering the local design standard. 5. Provide status updates to POD leads and client managers and Client delivery on the progress of automation being worked upon, blockers needs to be highlighted to POD leads immediately. 6. Active Participation in daily scrums, sprint planning. 7. Coordinate with offshore on the day-to-day tasks.
