Masters degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit requirements. Experience in translating business requirements into detailed system specifications. Ability to create process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation. Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for improvement. Proficiency in business modeling and analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar. Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management software. Experience in presenting analysis findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical audiences. One or more certifications related to business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, etc...). Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies. Experience in developing and executing test plans. .
