Job Title: Project Manager Location: Tallahassee, FL (HYBRID) Duration: 06-12+ Months Contract Required Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (active and obtained through PMI). Qualifications/Requirements Five (5) years of experience leading and managing projects. Five (5) years of experience in developing and maintaining detailed project plans (including work breakdown structures). Five (5) years of experience in meeting facilitation and documentation. Five (5) years of experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee. Five (5) years of experience with Budget and Financial Management including Cost Analysis/ Cost Benefits. Knowledge of the Versa system (now owned by Tyler Tech) or other regulatory software preferred. Risk Management experience: Five years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation. Five years of experience with risk tracking, mitigation and issue tracking. Five years of experience using Microsoft Project or comparable project management software to track and maintain projects. Project Deployment: Five years of experience in leading project teams and effectively conducting the project to meet project objectives.
