This group is responsible for owning and maintaining the enterprise Provider Directory and consulting on "Transparency related topics. We're seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with solid healthcare insurance experience, specifically in healthcare Transparency and benefits design. This is a remote position with no onsite requirements. Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Basic understanding of the health care industry, preferably with healthcare Transparency and benefits design. Ability to understand data models and perform data analysis. Ability to perform testing to confirm business requirements. Required Skills/Experience: Requirements elaboration and experience. Experience with Iterative, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Experience with Jira, Teams, and SharePoint (nice to have). Ability to lead, direct, and work with cross-functional teams. Strong skills with Microsoft suite of apps Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access. Preferred Skills/Experience: Self-starter is a must. In-depth knowledge of business analysis related to developing and maintaining IT solutions. Ability to track multiple projects with varying complexities and timelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
