Please find below requirement and let me know your interest Salesforce Solutions Architect Location: Houston, TX Onsite Duration: Long term Need: Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or equivalent experience. Job Description: As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing Salesforce solutions to address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, developers, and administrators, to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce technologies and best practices to design solutions that optimize business processes, enhance user experience, and drive value for the organization. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and constraints. Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices. Develop solution architecture, including data model, process flows, integrations, and security considerations. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during solution implementation. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Define and document technical requirements, solution design, and implementation plans. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends. Mentor and train team members on Salesforce technologies and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, or equivalent experience. Proven experience architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative features, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and APIs. Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, ETL tools, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
