The SAP Security Sr. Technologist is a highly skilled professional with solid security experience withSAP ECC 6, SAP NW 7.5, SAP BW 7.3/7.0-, SAP GRC AC, and related bolt-ons. Day to day activities include role design, risk processing, access provisioning, workflow management, and authorization troubleshooting. The Technologist will provide day to day direction to SAP Security analysts. This position will also provide guidance and support to key upcoming projects, including Sarbanes-Oxley controls optimization, SAP security design, Quarterly Release and GRC configuration. Duties include but are not limited to: Serving as the SAP Security expert for all SAP systems. Provide a lead architecture role to support projects while maintaining the existing controls and processes. Troubleshoot and support complex security issues. Assist the IT functional team to gather business requirements, translate to technical security configuration; analyze roles and related needs. Provide direction to an on and offshore Security Analysts Manage role changes through the development lifecycle. Preparing formal project documentation, including specifications, requirements summaries, logical system design documents, state diagrams, and test scripts. Preparing and presenting user documentation and training documents. Coordinate SAP external consultants supporting projects. Support custom development, compliant change control management processes Support and assist implementation of SAP Cyber-Security initiatives Minimum Technical Experience and Education: Five or more years of progressive experience in an SAP Security role; with at least three years in a lead or senior role. Experience with SAP Security support in a large global organization. Experience in summarizing and presenting complex topics to non-technical audiences. Effective personal communication and client-facing skills with technical and management staff. Analytical and creative, with the ability to solve problems and develop solutions accordingly Experience with GRC Process Control 10.1 and Access Control 12.0 |
