Understands how policies, systems and processes impacts requests/projects. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication (Required) Consultation (Required) Business Systems Analysis (Required) Technical Writing (Required) Microsoft Office (Required) Microsoft SharePoint (Preferred) Must have Skills: o Solid understanding of BSA best practice principles and has applied practice in an Agile system development environment. o Solid understanding of multiple system development life-cycle methodologies including Waterfall and Agile. o Proven ability to effectively apply techniques which consists of textual formats, models and diagrams. o Excellent written and verbal communication skill - the ability to communicate effectively with both technical (development/vendor) and non-technical (business partner) extended team members. o Flexibility the ability to work in a very fluid and dynamic environment, and to adapt to rapid changes in direction. o Analytical thinking and problem solving o Collaboration ability to work closely with business and product owners, shared service businesses, and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of business requirements to solutions. o Facilitation Facilitates requirement sessions with stakeholders and creates comprehensive work products documenting requirements o Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio Nice to have skills: o Telecommunication knowledge/experience o Systems Knowledge, Design, & Architecture: Understands business functionality, interfaces, data flow, and functional architecture of systems supported. o Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Kanban Boards, other Collaboration tools Background: o Preferred to have a background in the Telecommunication or T-Mobile business areas o Experience in enterprise sized projects Keywords: Washington http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1127067&uid= |
