Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people/project lifecycle and delivery of mid-to-large web/enterprise applications Experience in AWS cloud Experience with data modeling and normalization concepts as well data governance Experience leading cross-functional teams in delivery aspects associated to architecture & technology. Strong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in defining strategy and operating model for overall platform solution. Experience in implementing quality guidelines, standards, and procedures. Experience in Technical delivery using Agile Methodologies. Ability to adjust communications to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to drive teams to meet consensus and have vivid passion for applications delivery. Strong project management and team management skills. Creative - able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience, education, and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers. Drive for results - maintains constant awareness of projects and clients; keeps product owners focused on short- and long-term milestones. Experience working directly with clients and providing consultation. Good understanding of development and project methodologies Ability to manage multiple customers, complex projects, and multiple initiatives Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple initiatives, and rapidly changing priorities. Prior experience in leading architecture activities like designing, roadmap, & proof-of-concepts Ability to work within an agile development environment especially SCRUM using SAFe agile methodology.
