Job Title : SAP Successfactors LMS Consultant Location : Newark, New Jersey Duration:6 months Job Description: Should be Certified LMS Associate and should hold ACTIVE certification Successfactors Learning Management (SF-LMS) profession with good data migration & reporting knowledge At Least 2 end to end implementation experience in Successfactors LMS Lead and manage Learning Management work stream to contribute to the overall project success Working closely with a large teams to deliver results for the client Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard SuccessFactors Learning Management Solution Expertise in providing Consulting Services to the Global organizations in LMS Best Practices and help clients to migrate to SAP LMS Cloud solutions Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors LMS Solution in compliance with the Best Practices Migration of Learning Management data (Content & User History) This responsibility includes interacting with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements on marking critical data elements, suggesting data quality rules, identifying business glossary and providing recommendations to client. Understanding of System Refresh and Config migration System configuration in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT Performing Cut-over, Go-live, support Hypercare and documentation for Knowledge Transition 3-5 years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors LMS Experience with Data migration, Data Reporting & Validation Integration experience with other Successfactors Modules Integration experience with SAP EC & other modules Experience with LMS Reports migration Knowledge on other SuccessFactors modules is plus Should you be interested, please send me a copy of your resume in word format along with the following details ASAP.
