Role: Core JAVA Developer Location: Dallas, TX /Pittsburgh, PA(Hybrid) Job Type: Long term project JOB Description: Summary: The role is aligned to the delivery team responsible for planning, development, and delivery of Insurance products for the Benchmarks and Indices business. This is a hands-on Java Developer with focus on delivering results on-time, in-full to the expected quality levels. Job Responsibilities: Responsible to develop application in Java/J2EE with API Proficiency in spring, hibernate, JDBC, JSP, Servlets. The API Developer will play a key role in designing and developing APIs. Demonstrate strong architecture and design skills building high-performance APIs using AWS services and Java. Design and implement highly scalable, interactive web applications with high usability. Perform peer reviews of application code. Job Description Must have 10 + years of experience in Java / J2EE. Hands-on development experience in Java 8/11 (Stream API is must, Multi-threading, Collections. Profiling) / JEE and Spring MVC / Spring Boot. Must have strong experience in Spring Security. Must have Hands on code development experience in Microservices. Must have a good understanding of Domain-Driven Design principles. Must be passionate about design and development methodology, including coding standards and writing efficient and readable code.
